If you are a SUNY Plattsburgh student, your courses, credits and grades are recorded on your normal SUNY Plattsburgh transcript. You request your transcripts through the Registrar's Office.
If you are NOT a SUNY Plattsburgh student, but you have participated in a SUNY Plattsburgh study abroad program, you request your transcripts from the SUNY Plattsburgh Global Education Office by filling out:

Submit the completed form in person, by mail or by FAX to:

All students, please note:
- We cannot process requests by e-mail.
- You must sign your request (or else it will not be processed).
- You must not have any debts to SUNY or your host institution.
- You must pay the $5 transcript request fee.
- Processing time is 7-10 business days.
