Minor in Nutrition

Minor in Nutrition (22-24 credits)

Students who choose the human nutrition minor develop basic expertise through an organized program of study that includes foundation courses in biology, chemistry, and nutrition. In addition to skills in nutrition, you will develop skills in critical thinking, analysis, and communication.

Benefits of a Minor in Nutrition

The Human Nutrition minor allows you to become knowledgeable in the area of nutrition, health and well being, while taking a major focus elsewhere on campus
