Minor in Nutrition
Minor in Nutrition (22-24 credits)
Students who choose the human nutrition minor develop basic expertise through an organized program of study that includes foundation courses in biology, chemistry, and nutrition. In addition to skills in nutrition, you will develop skills in critical thinking, analysis, and communication.
