The nutrition program faculty is comprised of three full time faculty. The program director, Dr. Joseph, has a doctoral degree and is a Registered Dietitian. The two full time assistant professors have either a doctoral degree in nutrition or is enrolled in a doctoral program. All faculty teach within their areas of expertise and bring with them experience in several areas of the dietetic profession. The educational diversity and interests of the professors in the nutrition program make for a well-rounded program and allows the students to benefit from a wide range of professional experiences.
