Dr. Bob Karp has taught graduate courses at SUNY Plattsburgh since 1987. Through the years, he has received extensive training in various aspects of leadership development, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness as an examiner for quality improvement organizations in two states, The New York Empire State Advantage, and the Illinois Lincoln Foundation for Business Excellence.
