Applied Geographic Information Systems Minor
An 18 credit minor to teach students the essential elements of using Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.) technology and software (ArcGIS 8.x from E.S.R.I.). Students learn how to create and use GIS data layers from remote sensing, field methods and existing map products.
