The purpose of the Graduate Advising Office is to aid graduate candidates with advisement, to assist candidates with the application process for matriculation, to advise potential MST applicants on conditions of acceptance prior to matriculation, to maintain active graduate records, to process checklists for graduation, and to disseminate information on the overall graduate process.

- Curriculum and Instruction (Master of Science in Education in either Elementary Education or Secondary Education)
- LiteracyTeacher (Master of Science in Education)
- Educational Leadership (Certificate of Advanced Study)
- Special Education (Master of Science in Education)
Candidates who hold a functionally related bachelor's degree and wish to become New York State certified through a graduate program:
Programs appropriate for students who hold a bachelor's degree aligned with the current NYS Teaching Standards and wish to become New York State certified through a graduate program:
- Master of Science for Teachers: Childhood Education
- Master of Science for Teachers: Adolescence Education
