Audio-Radio Student Productions

Producing audio is part of the coursework

Students enrolled in the audio-radio production major acquire their production expertise by learning the mechanics, artistry, and impact of audio-based assignments.

Below is a list of the types of projects our students learn to produce:

  • Audio book-on-tape productions, audio montage sequences, audio restoration projects.
  • Live music recordings, music remix productions, music recording projects (studio).
  • Radio commercials/spots, radio music shows (DJ), radio public service announcements.
  • Radio sports shows, radio talk shows (public affairs), radio vox pops (interviews).
  • Radio station id's, radio station imagers, radio promotional spots.
  • TV/film soundtrack editing, TV/film soundtrack sweetening.
  • TV/film foley work, TV/film dialog capture (ADR), TV/film underscore production.
