Application Requirements

Applications will be accepted for FALL admission only. Applications must be complete and in the SUNY Plattsburgh Admissions Office no later than February 15. All components do not have to be sent in concurrently but must be received by the deadline.

A complete application includes:

1. A completed application form
2. Three letters of recommendation (2 from professors. The recommendation form is included with the application form.)
3. A letter of intent
4. GRE scores
5. Coursework Summary Form (PDF file 66.2kb. Note this form requires Acrobat Reader, which is available as a free download )
6. Transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
