Bachelor of Science in Business (120 Credits)
This program is unique in that it offers you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding and perspective of the best principles and practices within the 21st century world of business. You will experience the freedom to use the principles and practices that you have discovered, in all the business areas, and apply them to your future business careers and aspirations.
Combined with a strong liberal arts foundation, our business program allows you to learn the basics in the areas of accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, international business, management, and marketing. You will complete your business major by selecting a minimum of 15 credits of upper level electives from any of our School of Business and Economics (SBE) areas that best suit your skills and career goals.
Many of our business majors add to their program with a minor either within the School of Business and Economics in accounting, business analysis, economics or international business. As a School of Business and Economics student you are encouraged to look outside our programs to expand your career options. Some suggested areas might be: Cultural Anthropology, Asian Studies, Canadian Studies, Perspectives on the Environment, Computer Science, Latin American Studies, Criminal Justice, Sociology, History, English, Environmental Science, or Political Science.
