Adirondack Experience (ADX)Whether you have logged long hours in the outdoors or are just getting started, the Adirondack Experience (ADX) Program offers you unique opportunities to actively engage with the environment. The ADX program offers an outdoors studies minor, a variety of courses such as Rock Climbing, Sea Kayaking, and Wilderness First Responder, and direction under professors and experienced professionals who truly understand the outdoor environment. For those students who can't fit an ADX class into their schedule, you can participate through Plattsburgh State's active Outing Club, or through Rent-a-Venture, where any Plattsburgh student can rent the equipment to have their own personal adventure.
